Staff Appreciation Days are happening in May! Tell your favorite staff member how much you appreciate them by writing a note, or sending a SMALL bag of chips (5/5), a dessert (5/12) and/or an piece of fruit (5/19) to school with your child. On these dates the PTA will be providing breakfast or lunch for the Fantastic Stenson Staff!
Welcome to the Jane Stenson PTA Website! We're glad you came to visit.
The PTA is a volunteer organization made up of parents, guardians and teachers to promote the welfare of the Jane Stenson students in home, school and community. It is our goal to bring families, teachers and staff together to cooperate in the education of our children.
Throughout the year the Jane Stenson PTA is committed to providing various programs and events that enhance our children’s experience within the Jane Stenson community. This year these include providing every child with a “No Excuses University” t-shirt; sponsoring Winter Dance, Bingo Night, Parent Educational Seminars, International Night, Family Fun Night, Book Fairs, Ice Cream Day and much more. The PTA is able to provide for programs and events through membership and fund raising. McDonald's Night (4/29) raised almost $200 for the PTA. Thanks to everyone who came out for a fun night of friends and food. P PDF (electronic) versions of the Jane Stenson Cookbook with Recipes from around the world are available for $10. The cookbook contains over 60 recipes contributed by Stesnon families, staff and friends. Contact silentauction@janestensonpta.org for more information.
We truly appreciate the support of our members and have many volunteer opportunities available. If every family volunteers at least ½ hour during the school year it would be a wonderful way to fulfill our goal of bringing families together for the enrichment of the Jane Stenson Community.
